new addition!
Hey guys! I got a Mali Uro today and a Tokay gecko. I need some tips on the Mali...what should it have in its tank? What is the average price on a Mali?

i dontk now much about mali's, but my neighbor just got one also. he payed 32$ for his, but its still kidn of small.

Oh i moved my tokay to its tank today and it tried to bite me. I really hate its sound when it is going to bite. scary.

the help for mali
for the mali but in sand for flooring then u dont need water for them. also put alot of rocks in i swear they love rocks

what is the humidity at? maybe mist his tank 2 times a day.

No malis do not need much humidity at all, they are from the desert. Dont worry about shedding at all, they take their sweet old time when it coems to that. It can take up to over a week because rather then coming off in large pieces it comes off in little bits. Still good to give them baths though.

yeah it is kindda annoying waiting for it to shed because i bought it 2 days ago and want to see what it actually looks like underneath its clothes

Uros hate water, and if kept humid can get severe tail and skin rot. Be sure that when you feed greens or fruits that they are plenty moist. That is how they will get their moisture. You will need a tank with a good temp variance. About 80-82 on the cool side, up to 95+ on the hot. They love to bask and require UV lighting. The food should be finely chopped and you will soon learn what they do and do not like  They shed rather patchy, but do not bath them, just wait it out.

Yeah they love the heat, I had temps just like Tim and JulieB said, and a basking of about 110F they they were always switching between.
