I got a ball from a friend of my cousin it looks like it had some bad sheds and a burn mark and very head shy. he is about 5 foot but body is pretty thick but the last foot seems to be kinda skinny compared to the rest of him is that because he wasnt being feed good or a more serious problem. any advice would be helpfull.
Oh boy where to start. Can you post some pics for us? Take it to a good vet if you have any concerns and are seriouse about getting this animal back on it's feet. Also you need a copy of the Ball Python Manual.
Good luck,
Trevor
i dont have a camera, i have the bp manual that i have been looking at it , i dont think it is that seriouse, some bad sheds over the eyes which i have had with another bp which is now better, i am look on the internet for a reptile vet around me, thanks for the replyi
any retained skin can be removed by spending the night in a small tight rubbermaid wraped up in a warm damp bath towel. Much less stressful then you picking at it or forcing the snake to swim in a tub.
Cheers,
Trevor
