Just Shed pics and Question

I just got this little boy a month ago. He is my first snake ever, and is just great. He's eaten everytime he's been offered something and is very calm when handled. He also shed perfectly. :-) Thought I'd post some pics of the little dude.

And I had a question too. When someone says that a certain snake is a 2003CB baby, does that mean that it was hatched in 2003, or conceived then?
