Hatching!!! Yay!
Well guess who is hatching? Wrinkle! I have a very soft spot for this little thing for some reason...I know...I am a HUGE DORK!
LOL Wrinkle is the name I have taken to calling my one good egg from my females second clutch. I named "it" that because I mistakenly left the clutch in the snakes enclosure for two-three days thinking she hadn't laid yet. When I found "it"/Wrinkle it was in a clump of 13 duds, stuck to cardboard and really dehydrated. I peeled Wrinkle off, threw him in a tupperware with lots of humidity and 63 days later he is hatching!
It took the egg about two full weeks to inflate fully but I feel this goes to show that you can always be optimistic and have things work out. I was about 95% sure I should throw this egg out and someone even told me it wouldn't hatch (although many kind people said keep it, it will hatch, its a corn! lol), instead of letting it incubate. hehehe. It was definitly good for a first year learning experience.
Here is Wrinkle the day I found it:

I will throw up some pics tonight after he comes out. He just started pipping today so not even sure he will be out tonight fully.

Sorry if some of you can't see the photo....hmmmm our linux server must be doing something wrong. I will try and get it fixed.
Thanks for all the kind words everyone....at this point he is STILL in the egg, although he pokes his head out a lot. hehehe a little shy. But as soon as I get my server working well and he comes out fully, I will post some shots.
Thanks again everyone! I am really happy he hatched out.
Marisa
