okay..i'm at my wits end...
this guy just wont take rats...i've tried every trick in the book....
washing with soap..washing without soap...starving for more than a month...scenting with mouse...scenting with mouse "broth"...scenting with chicken stock....and still no luck...hes been on a rat strike for almost 2 mths now and i'm starting to crack and think maybe i should give him a mouse...i dont want him to starve...
but then...i thought..maybe i can skin a mouse...and then attach the pelt onto a rat and try that....so the question is....what would you use for attachment??? i was thinking cotton thread...i would use very little and attach only at cruicial pts...i dont know if snakes ingesting cotton is bad...they ingest so much fur anyway right? and it they are small threads then they shouldn't entangle or cut anything right?? my other option was to go with surgical threads that dissolve later...
i really dont wanna chain feed....
I dont know about to whole string thing, you might have to try live.
