When our Kenyans were having problems with shedding, I just placed their water source directly underneath their heat source. They shed perfectly after raising their humidity that way. You could try that too, depending on your heat source, you can place the water source directly above it (for a UTH) or below it (for heat bulbs) and that should raise the humidity quite nicely. Just remember to replenish your water source frequently.
