If your anery and your hypo are not het for anything, you will get normals het for both anery and hypo when you breed them to each other. If you breed those to each other you will produce ghosts (6.25% of the offspring) as well as anerys (18%), hypos (18%) and normals (56%) many of which will be het for anery or hypo. It is a rather drawn out process to produce ghosts that are actually quite affordable - so you may find it less hassle and definately less expensive just to buy the ghost you want.
The offspring of an amel by a snow would all be amelanistic, het for snow - and I believe both amels and snows are between $20 - $30 US from breeders.
