Just woundering if anyone has any experience in the CEYLONESE PYTHON and if so could you send me any info on them along with any pictures if there available....Thanks

Their care is similar to burms, but they grow smaller.

I just look them up on line. That is a very cool loking snake. About 12'. Good size but not to big. Bob Clark has some good pics. Here is a good site for info.

Ceylonese are a smaller and slightly different looking version of the Indian python. Care would be much closer to the Indian python as well.
They can have super nasty attitudes like an African Rock. Sometimes when picked up instead of trying to bite they will flail and fling musk everywhere. Every once in a great while they will be sweet.

Yes, they are gorgeous. It is difficult to find any that are pure. They get crossbred with the Indians and Burms quite a bit anymore

Yeah it sucks, thats why I'm totally against hybrids cuz once the genetic water is muddied it can never be cleaned.
