okeetee question

what does a neonate okeetee look like?

do they have the same colors as their folks or do they grow into the nice coloration?

post a pic if you have one, if not please discribe them.

thanks

Country:
It varies even with a baby. They do no have striking colours when they are born, they are very very dark compared to adults. I suggest buying the Corn Snake Manual by Bill and Kathy Love because it has a lot of useful information and also has a picture of a hatchling okeetee beside a yearling from the same parents. It's a good book!

They grow into it. There is a great example of this in the Corn Snake manual. There is a pic of two brothers that are a year a part and it is like night and day. I got two from Mike Vince back in December, they are Love line and they get better with every shed.
Cheers,
Trevor

3 month old Okeetee

somewhere in the range of 9 months to a year old

I should photograph her again soon, she's almost 2 yrs now. She is the one pictured in many peoples avatars.
