Question Popping.. How young is too young???

Just wondering how long u have to wait before poping my new hatchlings.. there sex is really important.. I got 2 really wacky ones and i am hoping there females!

Not sure on this Dom. But maybe you should at least wait until after their first shed. :dumb:

I believe it's fine from birth... I've heard that it is less dangerous when they are very young... But perhaps what I've read is wrong.

It is true that it is better when young, but not less dangerous, just easier. When they get older and learn muscle control, it is extremely difficult to get males to pop. It IS less dangerous to pop than to probe hatchlings and neonates.

Tx everyone.. i have poped many snakes before.. just never brand new hatchlings.. I was not sure of how much time I needed to give em

I have 20 cute lil babies now.. hopefully 20 females lol
