Anybody have a tame ATB?

I was just wondering because my ATB hasn't lived up to their bad rep. He has only bitten me twice and they were both my fault (cleaning his cage and wasn't paying attention and once while removing some stuck shed on him). ATBs are one of, if not my fave snake and I think they sometimes get a bad rep.

I have a yellow colored amazon that the previous owner claimed was 'Satanic' - she has never bit me once, I can handle her like I would my ball pythons. Generalizations about a species are always pretty misleading.

It all depends on what you call tame. I can handle my ATB's without being bitten but they are no means as easy to handle as the BCI's or IJ carpet that we have. I also have to keep a much closer eye the ATB's as they will lungo out at anything that moves around me while I am handling them.

My 2 males(especially "Snappy") are completely psychotic. My female garden is fairly calm though.
