So my MBK is probably a few months old, and has these light spots all along both of her bottom sides. Plus, she has a few white dots on top I don't know if that is normal because I am a new snake owner, but . I will try to attach pics, so standby.
I don't have an MBK, but I'm pretty sure many of them have white spots like that and aren't 100% pure black.
I'm almost positive about this, but hopefully somebody woll be along to confirm it.
They will fade with age about 9 times out of 10. I happen to have a Male that is 2 years old and shows quite a bit if markings still to the point people question if he is even an MBK, which, he is. With yours still being so young and having such faint markings, I am ~almost~ positive they will fade in the next year or so and you will have a jet black MBK.
