Since I do all deep natural soil substrates I don't have much for under tank heating. I had his aquarium enclosure planned but harassing my husband did not produce results beyond picking up the lumber for the stand and piling it in the way resulting in my back getting twisted in weird ways while carrying the bowfront in. Mildly incapacitated for cleanup and setup of heavy enclosures. The 40g that is not in use was $10 due to a crack that I have to scrape away any glass shards in the corner and silicone over.
Explored the paper, got a good drink (I was worried he was a little dehydrated after looking him over), and is sitting under the lamp that reads 81F so far. The car got a little cool but I shifted a heat pack and he was against that side when I checked again.
Now someone get me a squirt bottle that does a solid stream about 8-10' out so I can hit the annoying cat. One cat is occasionally irritating but the other.... I came home to my bird light down and my doves off their eggs, she is intent on releasing that stupid rat waiting to be python dinner, and she decided yesterday that the best way off the top of the tall lizard tank was to take the plant with her while landing front paws first on my abdomen.
