As the rainbow community is now well into baby season (except us, who are still waiting on our first girl), we wanted to update our readers on some of our past holdbacks. Note that only the adults who make the end collection as breeders get formal names, so our younger snakes will be referred to by number (this both saves names, as there are only so many good gem ones available, and lets customers choose their own name for any we rehome).
Hailing from our 2013 “C” litter, we have #060. These babies were born on December 13 to Franklin, a golden yellow-orange male, and Agate, an orange female who was an early bullseye model. Juvie #60 was the top male from litter by a narrow margin. While he has great color, he has sporadic *partial* regurg issues that have slowed his growth. Here is Juvie #60 as of his most recent photo shoot:
He weighed around 175 grams of his last weigh-in.
As always, thank you for reading.
