A Few Photos of My Little BCI

This is the columbian I picked up a few weeks ago at a show. He did a little modelling this afternoon.

Beauty snake and very nice pics Em. I love how his eyes synch with his pattern.

Nice looking snake, something about boas patterns is just so cool.

Oh nice! I love the looks of those snakes, but when I get bit I don't want it to be to painful rotfl. I'll stick with the smaller ones Do you mind if I use one of those for my desktop?

Re: A Few Photos of My Little BCI

Thanks, everyone. Boas are a whole new world for me. Honestly, I'd never even looked into them. I think I was always under the impression that they all got bigger than they really do. I've always thought they were beautiful. But, I ran across this one, and some of his littermates at a show, and I was intrigued. I talked to the breeder and did a little on-the-fly research and learned that it's very unlikely that he'll ever exceed 8 feet, and more likely somewhere in the 5-7 ft range. Then, I had to have him.

Pogie, knock yourself out. I'm just a hobby photographer. I'm not too worried about copyrights or anything.
