Re: New lover of Petsmart

don't you just love it? I've always wanted one, its my dream snake I never thought I'd be able to afford. I know I shouldn't be feeding it in its enclosure but I didn't want to stress him out too much by taking him out since I just got him. They were feeding him pinkies and fuzzy mice so he is a tiny bit thin. The guy said they were afraid of him choking such an expensive snake.

Nice snake. There's nothing wrong with feeding inside the enclosure, though.

Re: New lover of Petsmart

There's one at the Salinas, Ca Petsmart for $449.
There was an albino ball at the SPCA for a $50 adoption fee.
Funny how times have changed with the ball python flooded market.

Agreed! As long as the bedding isn't digested.

Dirt and debris is eaten all the time by snakes in the wild and they seam to be time. Eaten substrate will pass. If you want to cause undue stress on a snake, then move him after he has eaten and is trying to digest his food.
