As long as it's mostly thawed there shouldn't be any issue. The snake will probably be on the hot side anyways while digesting and their stomach juices can dissolve it without issue.

I'm pretty sure that if a prey item is still partly frozen it can be dangerous for the animal. I don't have a source but I remember books really emphasizing fully thawed prey. I'll do some googling.
