Awesome Boy

I recently acquired this awesome Adult Snow Motley Male.

He shed a few days ago, and I took some pics.

Pic 1: With Camera Flash On.

Pic 2: Without Flash, in natural light, shows his awesome pink colouring.

I will breed him to an Amel Girl, who has just come out of the blue, as soon as she sheds, I will take and post pics.

I will then put them together and take pics of any action and turn this into their breeding thread. This will also cover Eggs, Incubation and hatchlings .

Re: Awesome Boy

Please accept my most humblest of apologies, I have neglected to update this post. On the 18th December 2014, this little lady dropped 17 eggs of which 15 were perfect and 2 were outright slugs.

They are currently on day 53, so between 10 and 20 days to go.

A pic of the eggs

Re: Awesome Boy

Incubation is as follows. Moist Vermiculite in a 2 liter Ice cream Container, placed on top of my rack in the snake room. The average daytime temps in the snake room are around 32Centi and average nightime temps are around 27Centi. So they are not in an incubator.

Another clutch of Corn Eggs from a Normal Female (Unknown hets), paired with this same boy only produced 5 fertile eggs, but 19 slugs. That clutch of 5 eggs incubated the same way as this one started pipping yesterday on day 84. I will post pics of the pippies here tomorrow.

Re: Awesome Boy

Well, Murphy seems to have favoured me so far.
I x Amel hatchling and 1 x Amel pippie. Not a bad result for the five eggs.

Here is a pic of the Amel Hatchling.
