Re: New on the forum

Hello and Welcome from London! . You've picked a pretty good species of snake to have as a beginner, the only problem a BP has is their picky feeding. Other then that they are easy to maintain and their husbandry is cheap and easy to maintain also, but again with the feeding I'm going to make an assumption and say your feeding it live mice? If your not and are instead feeding f/t then that's great! If you are in face feeding live I would advise transitioning from live to f/t ASAP for multiple reasons such as it's easier to feed f/t, it's cruel on the mice, the mice can hurt your snake etc. Hope you have lots of fun with your animal over the coming years
