Hello
Hello to everyone just joined today , I recently have been keeping a Miami phase corn snake who is mean as a bear that's been woken up till you get her out of the Viv but is a great snake about two yrs old. However tomorrow I pick up a three yr old rescue boa imperator, I'm stoked about it , have been told he's reverse stripe not sure if he's a jungle or a locality they say and he is small for his age because he was not looked after well during his first two yrs of life.they say he's tame as and doesn't like goin back in his Viv. One issue is when he sheds he needs high humidity or it goes wrong . He has a bit of scale damage they say . Has anyone got any thoughts or advice I would welcome it . Many thanks

Re: Hello
Get your enclosure ready before you get the snake. Make sure your temps and humidity are correct and stable. Once you get the snake settled in you can see what, if any, adjustments or treatments might be necessary. Hopefully proper husbandry and a couple of feeds will correct any minor issues. If you notice anything unusual post pics and I'm pretty sure someone here can help you. Best wishes with the new addition.
