Birthday in my facility last night!
I came home last night to a great surprise- 8 baby purple mangrove vipers (C. purpureomaculatus) were born to my larger hypo female. I'm shocked at the size variation of these babies- a few were MASSIVE and a few were really tiny and a few in the middle. I also have some nice color variation. A few babies are really really red in color, and one is almost solid black. I can't wait to see how they all look once they shed out! My poor fiance had to get the babies all out and into individual containers and clean momma up, since I work nights Monday-Thursday now. I got to clean the cage and return momma to her home when I got home.
All of the little ones are doing well, and absolutely full of pure unbridled fury! Haha, you have to love purps- they are just so utterly foul. LOL.
Here are a few pictures of the little ones:

Re: Birthday in my facility last night!
Thank you guys, I'm pretty happy. I knew the big female was going to drop at some point, but these little ones arrived nice and early. Hopefully some have shed and eaten by the next Hamburg show so I can sell a few.
