News shots of the tiger

Damn thing will not eat a wet rat. They have to be dry and he has to be the last one fed or he won't eat. He doesn't like anyone in the room while he is eating.

Re: News shots of the tiger

What a little bugger? Did he come from a "celebrity" breeder? lol

Not sure about the celebrity part but he was produced by Greg Conner here in Florida.

Re: News shots of the tiger

To be honest I have a problem buying from the celeb breeders you can get the same quality animals from hobby breeders that take the time to care for their animals for less cash.

Re: News shots of the tiger

It's true. It's like buying name brand snakes! The PC brand is cheaper than the leading brands.

Wow, it's kind of sad that snakes have become "retail".

Re: News shots of the tiger

I know. I got into the hobby because I love my snakes. Not to make a quick buck. I think there are to many people in the business that have lost that love and look at the animals as strictly a way to make money.

Re: News shots of the tiger

Unfornately, I have to agree. It doesn't mean that all the breeders, or anyone who breeds their animals to cover costs or something are terrible people and have no love for the animals. It's just that it seems it's no longer a hobby. More, just a business. Oh well, I still love snakes and all reptiles. Anyone can do what they please aslong as it isn't hurting any animals.
