Going to my first Herp Show!

Hi everybody, First I want to give all of you major props...I've frequented many different herp sites and found that for the most part, they're composed of a bunch of whiny, immature, undedicated individuals just looking for another place to mouth-off to one another...am I right? Everyone on this site seems to be genuinely OBSESSED with their hobby and uses this site for sharing relevant ( and might I add-valuable, knowledgeable) info, great stories, and exciting updates...On that note, here's my exciting update- I'm finally going to my first herp show! I've waited 5 or so years to find one that was coming close enough to my home, and it starts TOMORROW! I'm sure you can all remember your first show and how excited you were to be there. I really don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight...

The night before my first show I didnt fall asleep untill 4 am and had to wake up at 5 to make it to hamburg PA by 9. It's well worth the sleeplessness. Hope you had fun let us know if you collected anything while there.
