sores

My young female ball has three small sores below her mouth(chin?) I checked for mites and didn't find any, could it be from rubbing along the rubbermaid? How can I heal up the sores? Will they heal on their own? And should I put them in new enclosures? These sterilites have an indent in them where the handles are, where do most of their rubbing.

Thanks everyone
Shane

I didn't see any, after looking closer they look more like rub spots and not actually sores.
