and what is really sad, is someone actually took the time to watch their snake long enough to catch it when it went to "do it's business"

yes, the ball python is taking a crap. I'm sure anyone with a snake has seen this before. If you posted pics of a dog taking a crap, you might be thought of as 'a little peculiar' and get some strange looks. The immaturity here is just fantastic :\

Can I ask what you were hoping to accomplish by posting this? We really did not need that.

actually invictus, I have seen more than a few threads asking what the white stuff was or asking what "snake poo" looked like. Now we can point them to this thread! lol

I see no difference here than in people posting birthing pics or laying pics

First off - My apologies to everyone!

My little brother and his friends have been looking around at snakes, not realizing how hard it actually is to care for them. They are 10 years old, and they do not beleive me when I tell them that it isn't easy. They have been coming on to this forum as guests, gathering infomation, and are wanting to own a snake. They have been saying that it is really easy to do, and the purpose of this thread was to show them that it isn't a 'walk in the park', and that it is a commitment.

I didn't mean anything by this (rude, immature, disrespectful...), and I hope you will forgive me.

Could i suggest that a Mod delete this thread, please.

Thank you and sorry,

why? I was serious. I HAVE seen people asking what snake fecal/urates look like, as gross or immature as this post may SEEM. I think it should stay so we can direct people with those questions to it.

Edit: Plus it shows what a normal, healthy ball python fecal/urate looks like. Some people need a photo to compare to.

I think to make both factions happy here, (cause that's what I do....cough cough) you should be known from here on out as "Super Pooper". Whenever there is a question about what bp poop looks like, you should swoop in with your stained, brown cape and point them towards these pics which should be kept in your Gallery indefinitely.

Actually, I have never seen my bp take a dump..... Actually the only time I've seen her ever eliminate anything there was a loud, long farting sound, a big puddle, and a huge urate. My snake can cut the cheese with the best of them.

We've had lots of snakes, and I've seen them shed far more than I've seen them defacate. And doing the educational shows, I can say, a lot of people ask "how do they poop".

These are the first pictures of the process I think I've ever seen, and they are good pictures.
