Snake for enclosure

Hey guys, a friend of mine is building a cage thats 2' long x 1' 6"wide x 2' tall. What can he put in this enclosure? Ive been thinking but most of the snakes I can think of are too expensive, ATBs, Chondros, etc would fit but cost too much. The animal would have to be semi aboreal to aboreal due to the cage dimensions. Thanks a lot guys!

Umm if your into colubrids try a green snakes, or ummthose like malaysian green tree viper. Their kinda small and are't very oisionus they could harly hurt a human. I really don't know that much about aboreal snakes. Just thought I would try to help.

Well I'm not sure abotu the viper I'd go for a rat snake of some sort they grow to a decent size and are semi-arborial.

what about tree boas? cooks aren't that big. They might work if you get the right one.

Wester hognose would do nicely in there! They are fun snakes and they are very colorful!

Carpet pythons or atbs are pretty good priced. those would be my suggestions for a cage like that, of course eventually they would out grow the cage and need something bigger.
