I have no idea what to do retained eye cap??
My ball python got burned a little bit from her heater and I am keeping her enclosure as clean and dry as possible! I got some antibiotic ointment should I put that on the bad spot? I'm not sure how to put a picture on here yet? I tried attaching it and it won't work! The main reason I started this thread is because she shed a week ago and still has some on her eyes and I tried to get it off with tap but I think I made it worse! What do i need to do? I'm scared to soak her because of her burn because I don't want it to turn into scale rot
