Name change and addition to clay line up (Birds)

So i've changed my name from Dee's Clay Creations to Custom Exotics, trying to actually get into this other then expos and since i've made a more appropriate name I figured it was time to add something else to my clay line up so I tried a shot at parrots. Only did three things so far but I feel i'll I've been making strides.

First attempt, just a head to get beak and head shape

This came out really bad as yellow was a terrible idea to start with for blending, it was really soft and stained really easily.

Finally I've went back to trying to focus on beak, head and general body shape with a little bit of color blending again, just whipped this up a few minutes ago, isn't done yet but so far i'm really liking it

Not bad considering I did that first head yesterday afternoon :P

Those are adorable! I know of quite a few people who would love to have them. Will you be selling these via a website?

You are so talented! I especially love the Nanday, you captured such a sweet expression in his eye. Though, if I may offer a tidbit of constructive criticism... as a parrot lover, it kinda gets to me when I see parrots with three toys pointing forward. Their cute little feet only have two toes pointing forward. I hope I didn't offend you, you really have great talent and did a great job! I would love to see others that you make in the futur. I would be interested in a Green Wing Macaw if you ever make one for sale...

I actually fixed the feet early there's only two now, they are more pointy and are detailed, I realized my mistake after uploaded and looked at the picture hahaha thank you though! And I will give the macaw a shot!

Re: Name change and addition to clay line up (Birds)

Thank you!

I can pretty much make anything from necklaces, keychains, bracelets, magnets, earrings. You can also just hang them somewhere, like some people use them as rear view mirror hangers or I can even make them so they are just little figurines.

I bascially depends on what you want and how big, this would be a necklace but I could also just do a head and it could be a bracelet charm or earrings etc.

Oh! I would love to have some as door decorations to my babies' rooms. Can't wait to see you make some more! We have an Umbrella Cockatoo, Lesser Sulfur Crested Cockatoo, and a Blue and Gold Macaw
