Pseudocerastes persicus (Persian horned viper)
I took some pics for a friend and thought I'd post them for you guys to see. These are one of my favourite snakes and truly awesome to work with.

Holy wow! What a beautiful animal! It has some amazing looking eyes! I could literally stare at them forever....so hypnotic-like  And I really love sudden change of color on the tip of the tail.
Thank you for sharing. I do love vipers, but I'm really ignorant about most of them. Can you tell us a little about this species?
