Adult mice every week?

Is it okay to feed a baby ball an adult mouse every week. I know that I read somewhere that it is okay to feed it hoppers every week, but what about adult mice.

Thanks

Feed a prey item once a week that is the same thickness as the thickest part of the snake.

There are numerous post that say that baby balls will easily take adult mice, so im not really worried about the size than about the frequency.
In any case I fed my ball python yesterday and he took it. The ball is about 2 months old.

If the prey item is a good size (about the thickness of the snake) then once a week is good.
