Re: bp breeding....
The odds would be 50% het clown and 50% clown. So the breakdown in theory would be 25% pastel clown, 25% clown, 25% pastel het clown, and 25% het clown. That would be for a clown to a pastel het clown which is what you said above. Just remember that you're not always guaranteed the babies you are trying to make. It's all about odds. So you have a 25% chance of hitting a pastel clown, but that also means you have a 75% chance of not hitting it.
Now if your pastel was a super pastel, then yes all the babies would be either pastel clowns or pastel het clowns. If you want to check out a cool site, go to worldofballpythons.com and use their genetic wizard. It'll break down any possible pairing you can throw at it. Hope this helps.

Re: bp breeding....
I use The World of Ball Pythons' Genetic Wizard to figure this kind of stuff out... Crossing a male clown with a female pastel het clown:
Percent Fraction Morph
25% 1/4 Het. Clown
25% 1/4 Clown
25% 1/4 Pastel Het. Clown
25% 1/4 Clown Pastel

always remember (mother nature didn't read the manual on percentages)
so never expect it to pan out as predicted.
any healthy baby snake hatched is a good one, whether it was what you planned for or not...
