joined the bite club
I was at the Omaha Breeder's Expo and I was checking out a Python Morelia Jag Sibling that I really wish I had brought home with me. He was super active and after about 3 minutes of holding him and checking him out, he decided he had had enough. One second I was trying to keep him from slithering onto the table and possible escape, the next there's a small mouth on my thumb. The Breeder I was speaking with (I believe it was Mike of SW Repitles) asked if I was ok, and I just chuckled and said "yeah, this is my first bite, wasn't really expecting that" He kind of chuckled a bit too and once the little guy let go put him back in his display dish. Some of the people around me asked about it, and they were shocked I was so calm. It only stung for a little bit, but man those tiny teeth are sharp, they drew blood. Anyways, here's the pictures.

the dish is about 6inches in diameter if I remember correctly.

Re: joined the bite club
especially since I really wanted to buy him, just couldn't justify it since I'm moving again soon. I was eyeing him the entire time I was there.

No they don't. And they chew. And chew. And chew. Mine didn't let go for like 4 minutes. My arm was a MESS. Like Pirates face!

My wife. Oh it was awful. LOL JK It was a male Aru Scrub named Abyss. Nice and docile one second, and the next he had nailed me 2 times in the face before I could blink.

Re: joined the bite club
Nice little bit there miller looks like what my BRB did to me on like the second day I had her. I'm hoping to pick up a jag at the expo I'm going to at the end of the week. I have the room and money for more snakes now and am hoping to come home with a couple different species.
