crested geckos

I am just wondering how you can tell if a female crested has calcium difficiency.

You can check her calcuim sacs, just gently rub the side of her mouth. When she opens her mouth try to get a look at the sacs, at the back, on the roof of her mouth. Does her tail have kinks in it?
Are you currently breeding her, and she's already laid a few clutches?
