What is their humidity level at? And do they have proper air circulation in their enclosures?

I know they are being kept warm enough, they are spending most of the time on the cooler end of the cage. They both have large bowls that should be produce lots of humidity and have have a fair amount of circulation. I was thinking of adding even more air flow and a humidifier in the room since the climate is quite dry.

I know you said that your snakes are being kept warm enough, but what exactly are your temps at? Here's a shot in the dark...

Perhaps your warm side surface temps are too high, which is why your snakes spend all their time on the cool side. You also mention that you have good circulation, so maybe your ambient temps are too low due to high air circulation and cold outside ambient temps, despite having a warm side with too high of a surface temp. Could be that your snakes are too cold, but can't go over to the warm end because the surface is too hot.

Just something to think about. I'd suggest getting real surface and ambient temps on both the cool and warm sides of the enclosures.
