Noseys commonly have red areas/spots, but your guy seems to have red bars not just random red possibly a ambanja red bar, although still very young and cant rule out nosy, could be a cross as well hard to tell till it gets older.

Im no expert on determining locals but ill but my opinion out...

ther is no yellow on the face witch is typically a indicater of nosey although i have seen pics of them without it but i think it is more common for a nosey to have yellow on the cheaks and corners of mouth

the red on the face could be nosey i have seen that in many wild photos.. keep in mind not all noseys are totally blue...

mostly in noseys i see red spots in the body the red in his body is more in the bars and spine.

If you can get a pic of him fired up that is useally a good way to somewhat help identify them as well as you can see the change in color and rule out other locals

I would guess he is more of a ambanja or cross... keep in mind canada has really bad locals up here most are crosses and if bought from a store who knows what he is.

My nosey was bought as a ambanja which he isent. I cant say 100% that he is nosey but he looks the part who knows where his blood goes back to.

They also will change with age. again its hard to say but at a year if that is what he is id guess not a nosy although like i said im not a expert at locals but i like to think im a good guesser lol... he is a nice boy btw.
