Question polarizing filter

Would a polarizing filter have the same effect with a digital camera as it does with a film camera?

Yes.
Be careful of when you use it though because it will knock you down an fstop or two.

yea it will. and as long as you use a TTL metering camera (which almost all digitals are) and/or your not useing an external/hand held exposure meter you should get some pretty cool results. Awesome skies/blues and greens. have fun
