Need help designing enclosure

I want to make a large enclosure, thinking about 7x3x3 with a locking acryllic front. Having a kind of hard time figuring out the best way to heat it. What would you suggest? Thanks everyone.

Something that big deserves the best on the market, radiant heat panels, you can consider heat tape as well, but the panels are the best method - just my 2 cents.

Where is the best place to get them? Also, should I put a thermostat on that?

Yes I use a thermostate, in that Salmon pic you' ll see the temp prode mentioned. Once everything is set they turn on when needed and animals are very happy and healthy with this system.
