Langaha madagascariensis pics

I wasn't really sure whether to put this post in the colubrid forum or this forum, but i guess you guys can appreciate these snakes just the same. This is my new pair of Madagascan Leafnose snakes. Both are in ideal health and eating brown anoles only 3 days after coming to my home. Enjoy the pics!

OMG, first time seeing those!! They really look special!! Love the first pic especially, was it the lighting or is it the original reddish colour?!?

the lighting messed up the color a little bit on the male pic (top). He fades from orange on his head to a rusty red, then brown on his tail. The female looks just like she is in te picture.

Very cool, I almost got myself a pair a few months back, but was getting some other stuff too and decided against it. Cool species, but incredibly delicate and not one that very many people have been successful in keeping alive (not trying to discourage, just stating the truth of the matter).

In any case, keep us posted on how things go!
