baby having trouble with first shed

I had 3 eggs hatch out about 4 days ago and 2 of the babies hatched out with gimp legs(Both on the front right) and both had only 2 toes on that foot. One was worse off than the other and died a couple of days ago. The other one seems to be having trouble getting it's old shed off. It's been shedding for 3 days now with no progress, and it is not as active as it was. Is there anything I can do? He really tiny so I'm scared I might crunch him if I try to pull off the shedding. I wonder if these 2 babies were premature since both of their right legs were gimp and only had 2 toes? It seems like they didn't fully develop.

Do you have a moist hide for him? Usually just a container with vermiculite that's a bit moist. They'll go in there and the humidity should help with the shedding.
How many days did they take to hatch? And what were the temps?

I'm not sure how long they took to hatch but I'd say around 2 months, I had them at 90degrees for 2 weeks then turned them down to 85. I have a moist hide but I'm using Paper towel inside the hide. I put him in the hide and I always find him out of it.
