Question How soon?

I have a fem. leo that has been carrying eggs for three weeks or better now. It is her first time but I am sure she should be laying soon. Dont think she can get much bigger. How soon in advanced should I set up my incubator? Do you do it in advance or should I just wait for the eggs?

NOW!!! You should have the incubator the first time you see them mate. If she has eggs cooking, get the inc asap and have it waiting. You need to have the inc temps all set, you don't want to put the eggs in and then try setting the temps, and have the inc get too cold and lose your eggs. Get it done right away!!
