Morelia spilota cheynei

Hey guys, just a few questions about my girl
I have had her for about a year now and she is growing niceley
Took her first medium rat the other day.
But as any parent would want, i want the best for her.
Just curious about other peoples set ups.
Basically i have a pritty large cage, it is four feet long, 3 feet wide, and 3 feet tall
She has one long pole the whole way along the cage and a stick leaning on that
3 hides and some nice tan bark stuff with some artificial plants.
I would like to rearange her cage to give her some variety.
I would prefer her to climb more so she builds up some more muscle and i think i will reduce the amount of hides because she is alittle shy and she stays in most of the time. I know it sounds selfish and if she dosn't eat this week, the other hides are going right back in.

About temperament, She is about a year old and about four feet long.
I can take her out and hold her no problem but she is head shy and sometimes jumpy
how can i tame her down so i can touch her almost anywhere?
My freinds boa is so tame, you can rub her head and everything (but i understand jungles are different in temperament then boas)
any tips?
thanks for all of your time
looking forward to the comments
-Dan

I'm not sure about the headshy thing....and theres no way of saying she will ever be like your friends boa. I had my Ball Python for three years and he was head shy all three years. Yet I had my Burm for about a year and he broke being head shy after a few months. Im not sure if its the species...or the individual.

About the setup...couldnt say....never owned one

Sorry jeff, i like to ramble on a bit!
haha
thanks so much for all the advice
i really apreciate it!
What is cool about her is she will go up the the heat source and just smell it then back off, so i am not worried about burns, which is lucky.
Thats a really nice set up
gives me lots of ideas
thanks alot!

Still a good idea to be safe. I added a mesh cage around that bulb but have also noticed he's smart enough to stay away.

Better safe then sorry!
