I've never experienced this myself but I knew someone that had the same problem with their Hognose...it went on for three days before they finally took it to the vet and fixed the problem...

I've seen this once before with a burm but with vapona not nix. Nix may be a shampoo for people but it's still a poison and when we spray it on our animals we run the risk of poisioning them.
It sounds like you should have diluted the nix more or sprayed the snake less. You should always spray the mix into a rubbermaid and then put the snake in it over night with out actually spraying the snake. I used to spray the snake directly but now when I get a new snake I just let it crawl through the mixutre instead of spraying it directly.
Good luck with your snake. It will probably recover if it has stoped twitching and has regained motor control.
Cheers,
Trevor

use provent-a-mite ... its the best and it dosent do anything weird to the animals, and you dont have to spray it on them ... just make sure that its dry before you put them back in the enclosure ...

weinerboy12: Snakes and u are not compatible. Save the animal's life by letting them be taken care off by someone else. The snake u traded me was in very bad shape and led me to believe that u don't know what u are doing and have no knowledge of husbandry.
