Quick question....

I keep 11 herps in my bedroom, the rest downstairs and my question is is it alright for me to play music in my room with them in here?

If you are trying to breed I wouldn't. It can and may stress them out, especially if it is loud and has lots of base.
Cheers,
Trevor

Than it shouldn't be too bad. Just remeber that lizards do have ears and some can hear very well. I'm over protective though. I don't even like to play music too loud if my dogs and cat are around.
Cheers,
Trevor

If the floors not vibrating or better yet you cans put your hand on their cages with no reverberation, then you're good, snakes don't hear as we do, they feel the vibrations through the ground.

Yep, my voice is louder than the music so it should be fine, only 2 lizards in the room, one is a veiled chameleon and the other is a indonesian blue tongue skink.

Thanks for the help guys

I keep probably around 60 herps in my bedroom, some with ears, some without, some breeding some not, and have had no problems having my tv or stereo playing. I don't like loud music, so it is all relatively low volume, but nonetheless I've experienced no problems
