PS2 Online
Does anyone play online?
I have SOCOM 2 and Battlefront right now.
I mainly play SOCOM though...I'm actually trying Battlefront Online RIGHT now as I type this..for the first time (and i got it the same day it came out.)

I use to play socom 1 online like a champ. Im going to buy socom 2 once my exams are done in a few weeks. I wonder what Metal Gear 3 online is like, I'll give that a try too over my winter break.

the only system worth playing online is xbox live
but to answer your question NO lol
rainbow 6 black arrow is way better than socom
all you gotta do is ask anyone that has played both

SOCOM 2 definately is worth it.
I'm gettin Xbox and Halo 2 in about 2 weeks

im not a halo fan personally but yea i do pay to play and i also have found that the xbox on line is alot more reliable than that of the ps2 online

No way! PS2 Online owns man.
SOCOM 2 came out with a new patch...lag is very rare..and almost no glitches.

Can't comment on the lag but try this in multiplayer Battlefront...
Get a buddy. Play the Hoth mission as the Rebel Alliance.
Now go kill as many AT-AT's as you can with a snowspeeder. I KNOW we all SOOOOOO wanted to do that when we were like 12
My buddy and I replayed that mission for about 3 hours straight... I think the most we killed was 6, just cause they wouldn't spawn any faster. heh.

I got the Socom series, love it to death.......but I gotta try online some day.
As CRESTIES said Metal Gear 3, I am waiting on that one over Socom.........always have been always will be a big fan of Metal Gear.....its almost here though so the waiting is almost over
I gotta read and pick up info on this online stuff and give it a shot.

Not even close peeps. You haven't played "online" until you've played Counter Strike: Source on a map with 48 players or Far Cry in a HUGE 1km map (mod) with 32 players. Available only on the PC.
Nothing comes even close to that.
