Is this normal?
My female BP just ate her first live rat and she started rubbing her head on the bottom of the feeding tank. Is this normal? I've never seen her or my male BP do that after they've ate mice.

How did you feed her her first live rat? Mice, rats, all the same to the balls. Don't fret.

Some times snakes will rub their jaws to help get all the bones back into place after swallowing a large meal.

Okay thank you. She must have just not been used to stretching her jaws so wide. I just thought it was weird and I was being a worried parent.
