hey guys...i just got my 2nd BP late last nite.it's a month old.wat i need help about is....can i put it in the same tank wit my ther bp.it's twice the size of my new aquirring.
is it ok or should i separate it for now.then a couple of weeks later put them together.i dont know.pls help. thanx
I dont have any snakes but I do know that your should NEVER put two different snakes together unless they are breeding even if they are both females or a male and a female. Snakes are natural loners and it is very stressfull to have another snake around.
Matt
Matt's right, the older BP could easily eat the little one. Snakes aren't social creatures (with a few exceptions). It's better to keep them separate unless you plan to breed them... and I know a one month old BP isn't ready for breeding LOL! Keep them separate and you'll spare yourself a lot of heartache! =)
