ivehad my kenyan sand boa for a month for the past 3 weeks a caretaker to care of it , he/she is not even a year old i think and is small. he/she live in a 10 gallon and with about 3 or 4 inches of sand . it has a heat pad on one side....... ok heres the problem my caretaker feed it on a tuesday and then the next night (wednesday) it regrugitatd it the next week it did the same im feeding it again tonight but for the first month i had it it ate fine and for the first time he feed it it ate fine but im back and i hope it get better.. the temp is at 73 f and im sure its hotter under the sand the pet store i got it from told my caretaker to check it every day to check it everyday for discoloration which i found today, the black is turning into a darker grey color.... please help my kenyan sand boa
well yah i thought it was shed too im gunna up the temps with a heat lamp that im gunna get and yah he has shed since i got him and when i got back i found some shed........ and i fed him last night and still hasnt regrugtated...... one more question when i got him he was captive bred and he was very friendly at the store and when i got him they said he was very very docile but that all changed when i brought her/him home id take him out of the sand and id hold him .he/she would move in my hand and id move my other hand so he/she wouldnt fall and then would strike at it.this has happened since i got it. but didnt happen at the store ive been bitten at least 5 time now i wear gloves do u know why this happens any body
