Nice critters you have.

Not to be nasty, but is that hot rock with your golden gecko a source of heat? Hot rocks are notorious for causing burns (even though they claim to be safe). It would be much safer and better for the gecko to use another source of heat. Arboreal geckos/lizards benefit from overhead heat from a light, terrestrial ones do better with a UTH.
