Cage measurments ok for young frilly?

Hey all,
Well after a trip to the zoo ahwile back my mom decided there no way shes ever letting a bor constrictor into our house so after an hour long debate i've decided to go with my second choice a frilled dragon. I currently have a tank measuring 36''long(3 feet) by 18'' high and 12'' wide( a 35 gal tal in short). Would this be sutiable for a young frilly for the first part of its life befor it becomes a sub-adult - adult when i will build it a 4 feet long by 4 feet tall and 2 feet wide tank? Or would I be better of buying a more hieght oriented tank? Any suggestions or comments appricated Thx
p.s idoes anyone know any good filled dragon breeders ( in ontario prefered but anywhere in Canada or the U.S is fine too)
Kayla
