Pics and a surprise!
Well they sure are taking their sweet time! Last night at 11pm there was one and now there is still only three.
But wait...what colour is that head?
It looks Anery to me. So that means I'll have an anery at least that is het for Opal.
I was expecting all normals. So if that snake is anery that would mean that the sire was het for anery and the dame was also het for anery which must mean that she is amel het for anery and quite possibly snow. I can't wait to see what comes out of my snow het for hypo cross with her!
Thanks for looking,
Trevor

That's cool Trev. That little dude looks anery to me.
What's Opal? Excuse my ignorance of corn morphs. What's the combo that makes it?
Congrats again.

Sorry Trev,
you kind of lost me here..
'she is amel het for anery and quite possibly snow?'
what do you mean there?
That little one looks like an anery to me~~
Congrats on the batch hatching out~
Can't wait to see more pics~!!
Jeff,
Opals are homo amel and lavender.
LOL...the genetics is such a nice game don't you think?

Ok, Simon, ha ha, but what is Lavender? Amel is recessive, what does Lavender involve?
Thanks man.

I guess what I meant Simon was that if she is amel and het for anery then one of her parents must have been a snow and if I breed her to a snow I'll get amels and snows. Is that right?
I figured that I would just get normals from this pairing. But I forgot that the lavender is het for anery and with aneries in this clutch that means that my amel is het for anery and if I breed her with a snow I'll get a snow. Now I'm repeating myself.lol
Here is the first of what looks like three aneries,
Cheers,
Trevor
